These terms apply when you buy goods from GBritainsStore, operated by Wrap and Pack Limited (Company No. 10764556).

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if there is a problem with an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. Delivery information shown on our Shipping & Delivery page forms part of these terms.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

For most online purchases, consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Change-of-mind return postage is normally paid by the customer. Hygiene and other legally exempt items may be excluded once opened or unsealed. Full details are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images and availability accurate. Minor differences in packaging may occur where manufacturers update packaging.
